This rack contains doubles of sizes BD C4 #0.5 - #3, a #0.3, a #4, nuts BD sizes #4-13 and nut tool, a prusik rope, and an ATC guide.

Trad rack 2

This rack contains doubles of sizes BD C4 #0.5 - #4, a #0.1, a #0.3, nuts BD sizes #4-13 and nut tool, a prusik rope, and an ATC guide.

Wide gear

This includes doubles of BD C4 #5 and #6.

Small gear

This includes BD c3 #00, #0, and #1

Pack raft (2)

There are two Kokopelli pack rafts with paddles. Includes two PFDs (one S/M and one M/L), a helmet, and a pump.

Automatic crampons (3)

Two pairs Black Diamond Sabretooth and one pair Grivel.

Ice tools (2)

This includes two pairs of Petzl Quark ice tools (one hammer, one adze)

Ice screws (15)

Crevasse rescue kit (4)

Each kit includes one Petzl Microtraxion, one pulley (Petzl Partner), a Petzl Tibloc, and four locking carabiners

To check out specialty gear, you must do all of the following:

1. Check the calendar for availability (see that no one else has rented your item)
2. Fill out this form, the waiver, and this health attestation at least 48 hours in advance of your reservation.
3. Email both the completed documents to kthalham@caltech and set up pickup/dropoff times by email at least 48 hours in advance. No walk-in/same-day reservations.

Enter items that are not explicitly listed on the form under the "Other" field with quantity (if applicable).
